Orange and T Mobile have joined forces to launch a mobile TV service. This TV service plans to provide a high picture quality TV service that can be fully integrated with existing multimedia. This service will have multi channels including the top national favourites. There plans to be 24 high resolution channels and 10 radio stations that can be viewed via your mobile. Handsets that have been set up with TDtv will allow consumers to view TV on the go. TDtv is more efficient way to deliver a TV broadcast by phone; it uses a multimedia broadcast and multicast service that works like a 3G spectrum.

This service is already available in Europe and has been trialled in Bristol back in 2006. The latest trail we take place later this year in west London for final trails before it goes mainstream and countrywide.
